The Trent 1062 is a modern 1062 sqft backyard garden suite designed for independent living with comfort and flexibility. Its L-shaped floor plan creates a natural flow between spaces while enhancing privacy and functionality. This model includes 2 or 3 bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a half bathroom, making it ideal for multigenerational living, rental income, or a private retreat. High sloped ceilings and an open concept layout create a bright and open interior, while large panoramic windows connect the indoors to the surrounding landscape.

Built with FlexoBuild’s energy efficient steel insulated panels, the Trent 1062 is durable, comfortable, and quick to install with minimal disruption.
